Moonpig beats the last post with extended order cut-off time

Moonpig, the online personalised greeting cards retailer, has extended its order time cut-off point to allow customers to order cards online until 7pm Monday to Friday.

The move means that Moonpig has extended its cut-off time by a further three hours which it says is significantly later than the 4pm deadline offered by many of its competitors.

Moonpig managing director, James Sturrock, said: “Extending our order cut-off time helps us to enhance the customer experience and ensure last-minute buyers have a little more time to pick the right card for that special someone.”

The new 7pm postal option is available at an additional cost for card only orders, and will include the cards being printed and sent the same day via first class post.
