Moonpig announces new partnership with The Entertainer

The Moonpig card and gifting platform has embarked on a new partnership with toy retailer The Entertainer.

The move means that a selection of The Entertainer & Early Learning Centre products  will be available to buy online alongside Moonpig’s range of personalised cards.

Customers at Moonpig will be able to shop up to 200 new products from The Entertainer & Early Learning Centre, including items from brands such as Paw Patrol, Barbie and Squishmallows.

Moonpig said both ranges have been designed to enable customers to create personal card and gift combinations for babies and children for every occasion, including birthdays and new baby celebrations. Prices range from £12 to £35.

The partnership has also seen Moonpig adopt The Entertainer’s ‘Toy Box – Total Retail Solution’.

Andrew Murphy OBE, group chief executive officer at The Entertainer, said: “The Entertainer’s ‘Toy Box – Total Retail Solution’ provides retailers with a choice of bespoke sourcing, ranging, wholesale or retail execution of their toy proposition – leaving them to run as much or as little of the end-to-end process and inventory management as they wish.

“Our partnership with Moonpig is testament to the versatility, as well as the attractiveness, of this offer. We can’t wait to launch on Moonpig, and welcome them as a ‘Toy Box’ partner alongside Matalan, M&S, Tesco and a host of other retailers across the globe.”

To help customers shop the collections, Moonpig has designed intelligent prompts that use customer data to make personalised gifting suggestions suited to both the occasion and recipient.

David Rimmer, Moonpig general manager UK, said:  “We are delighted to welcome two amazing brands to our gifting portfolio, which has not only helped expand our baby & children’s gifting ranges, but also reinforces our commitment to only having the best brands on site as part of our ongoing trusted brand strategy.

“Our aim is to always provide customers with the opportunity to create the most personalised card and gift combinations, and we are confident that this new collection will strengthen that commitment and ambition to become the go-to place for all of your gifting needs.”
