Monsoon launches new store format in Brighton and Wimbledon

Monsoon Accessorize has launched new concept stores at the Centre Court shopping centre in Wimbledon and Churchill Square shopping centre in Brighton.

The women’s clothing and accessories brand has taken a 4,200 sq ft unit at Centre Court and a 5,460 sq ft unit at Churchill Square.

The stores are the first to showcase Monsoon’s new design concept that features graphic rugs using the brand’s heritage prints, lantern lighting and clean white spaces. The stores also showcase the brand’s ladieswear, bridal, and childrenswear collections, together with shoes and accessories, all under one roof.

Ed Jenkins, head of UK retail for Standard Life Investments, said: “We’re really excited that Monsoon Accessorize has chosen two of our shopping centres to launch their new concept stores.

“Quality assets such as Churchill Square and Centre Court continue to attract major brands due to the depth of their retail offering and the strength of their respective local catchment areas, making them the ideal locations to launch a new concept store or expand in the UK market.”
