Other latest news in brief on New Look, Aevha London and Christopher Kane…

High street fashion retailer New Look has appointed bankers to work on a stock market listing which could value the company at up to £2 billion, according to Sky News.

Sky said it understood that the company has appointed JP Morgan to work on options for a flotation.

Aevha London, the luxury Italian-made accessories label by Alice Horlick, has secured £150,000 in investment through the crowdfunding platform Crowdcube.

The company said the funds will be used to increase stock production, expand its project portfolio, and cement its position as a leading new luxury handbag label.

Fashion designer Christopher Kane has opened his first London store in Mayfair’s Mount Street. The 4,100 square foot space has been designed by John Pawson.
