Michael Kors debuts at Bluewater
Michael Kors has opened its first standalone store in the South East at the Bluewater retail and leisure destination.
Spanning 2,800 square feet, the store is situated on a prominent corner on Bluewater’s lower Guildhall, adjacent to Aspinal, Hackett and Tommy Hilfiger.
The shop stocks the brand’s full range of accessories, including watches, jewellery, handbags, footwear and eyewear. The ranges also include the Michael Kors Collection and MICHAEL Michael Kors as well as the brand’s trademark fragrances.
The store was designed by Michael Kors’ in-house team.
Russell Loveland, portfolio director at Land Securities, co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater, said: “Bluewater is renowned for its unique line-up of leading UK and international brands and statement stores that you cannot find anywhere else in the region. This new boutique from Michael Kors further adds to that reputation. The stylish, modern design fits in perfectly with the Guildhall and its collection of premium brands.”
Other brands which have launched statement stores or made their regional debut at Bluewater in 2016 include FatFace, New Look Men, Mint Velvet, Penhaligon’s and Tesla. In addition, H&M will open its new upsized store this autumn.
