MFI chairman to step down

MFI chairman Ian Peacock plans to remain a non-executive director however will not seek re-election as chairman at the forthcoming annual meeting on May 19.
The Company also announced that Mr Paul Cheng who was appointed to the Board in August last year will not be seeking reappointment at the Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2006 and will accordingly retire on that date.
The composition of the Board will now include the Chairman, the Chief Executive and the Chief Financial Officer, together with four independent, non-executive directors.
