Meg Lustman to join ProCook as a non-executive director
Kitchenware brand ProCook has appointed Meg Lustman, the former chief executive of Hobbs, as a non-executive director.
She will take up her new position on 25 June when she will also assume the role of chair of the remuneration committee and become a member of the nomination and the audit and risk committees.
Lustman has previously held senior roles at several other UK fashion retailers including John Lewis, Warehouse, and Aurora/Mosaic Fashions.
She is currently serving as a non-executive director of N Brown Group where she is also is chair of its remuneration committee and interim chair of the nominations and governance committees.
At ProCook, she will replace Luke Kingsnorth who has informed the board of his intention to step down on 25 June to focus on other professional commitments.
