Marks & Spencer appoints chief digital product officer
Marks & Spencer has appointed Krista Nordlund to the newly created role of chief digital product officer as it looks to boost its digital capabilities.
In her new position, she will be responsible for driving improvements to the retailer’s app and website as part of plans to enhance customers’ online experience.
Nordlund is currently working as chief product officer at Rentpath and has previously worked with Booklt.co, USA Today and Expedia.
