Marks Electrical is to appoint Warren Middleton as a non-executive director.
Until April 2024, Middleton worked with KPMG for over 25 years, 17 of which were spent as a technology partner. From 2019, he was also the company’s Manchester office senior partner where he oversaw around 1,500 employees and was heavily involved in the build-out of KPMG’s technology practice.
At Marks Electrical he will also chair the audit and risk committee.
Marnie Millard, chair of Marks Electrical, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Warren to the board and look forward to benefiting from his valuable experience advising companies on advancements in their technology agenda.”
The company has also announced that David Wilkinson has resigned from the board and as a non-executive director after nearly three years in the role.
