Magnet reaches out to customers of Moben and Kitchens Direct

Magnet is reaching out to customers of failed HomeForm Group companies Moben and Kitchens Direct by offering to honour any lost deposits paid for kitchens as a result of the group going into administration.

The kitchen retailer said that customers with evidence of a deposit and contract made with either of the firms would receive up to £1,000 or 10% off the value of a Magnet kitchen, whichever is lower.

Anjum Ahmed, spokesperson for Magnet said: “Magnet has launched this offer to help and support those who may be concerned about losing money during HomeForm’s potential administration.”

He added: “We would also like to reassure all of our Magnet customers that we are in a strong trading position and business will continue as normal with the focus remaining to be on providing excellent customer service.”
