Livingston’s The Centre secures three new signings

The Centre shopping centre in Livingston has signed up footwear retailer Footlocker and foreign currency exchange outlet Eurochange.

The Hines operated centre has also expanded its food offer with the arrival of retro American dining concept Ed’s Easy Diner.

The Centre is Scotland’s second largest covered shopping centre at over one million square feet and is home to over 160 retailers, including Primark, Debenhams, M&S and BHS.

Hines acquired The Centre with funding from HSBC Alternative Investments in December 2014.

Sharon Bloodworth, director of shopping centre asset management for Hines UK, said: “The three new retailers will complement the existing mix of retailers. We are particularly pleased to welcome Ed’s Easy Diner as part of our strategy to expand our food and beverage offer within the mall, and we are delighted with its performance since opening.”
