Liberty Insurance reaches agreement with Teleperformance over Enniskillen contact centre
Teleperformance will manage and operate the customer contact facility in Enniskillen for Liberty Insurance.
Teleperformance, the global leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, today announced an agreement with Liberty Insurance to provide customer contact services in Ireland. Teleperformance will manage and operate the customer contact facility in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.

The transition is expected to be completed by the end of August.
Teleperformance has been established in Northern Ireland since 2000 and employs over 2,100 people across its two sites in Bangor and Newry providing customer experience management services to well known national and international companies and public sector clients.
