Laura Ashley executive director to step down

Laura Ashley has announced that Seán Anglim has resigned as an executive director of the company.
He has also stepped down from his positions of finance director and joint chief operating officer.
He will remain with Laura Ashley until the end of the year.
In a statement, the company said: “The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Anglim for his contribution during his tenure with the company and to wish him the very best for the future.”
Laura Ashley has recently appointed Sagar Mavani as chief financial officer. He was previously group financial controller of the business.
