Ladbrokes appoints acting chief financial officer

Ladbrokes has announced that Richard Snow is to become its acting chief financial officer following the departure of Ian Bull at the end of February 2016.
He will remain in post until the proposed merger with Coral completes next year following clearance by the CMA. At this point Paul Bowtell will become Ladbrokes Coral chief financial officer and a director of the company.
The announcement follows news last week that John Kelly has been appointed as Ladbrokes chairman and will also become the chairman of Ladbrokes Coral on completion of the merger.
