Kurt Geiger sale goes through

Shoe retailer Kurt Geiger has been acquired by the US based Jones Group.
Jones Group, the owner of retail brands such as Nine West, Anne Klein and Joan & David, has announced today that the deal is worth around £200 million. The acqusition will add to Jones Group’s international presence.
Kurt Geiger is owned by Graphite Capital, a private equity firm which bought the company from Barclays Private Equity in 2008.
