Knight Frank boosts retail team with the appointment of two new partners
Knight Frank has appointed Rowen Grandison and David Legat to its retail team as shopping centre leasing partners.
In their new roles, both will be working alongside Knight Frank’s head of retail, Alex Munro.
The appointments follow the hiring of Charlie Barke as head of high street and shopping centre investment from Cushman and Wakefield in January.
The retail team has recently been retained as property advisors to Clinton Cards across its UK portfolio. In addition, it has been appointed by Save the Children to acquire ten new retail stores nationally and to find luxury watch company Seiko its new London flagship store.
John Snow, head of commercial at Knight Frank, said: “Following Charlie’s recruitment earlier in the year, these two new appointments make us well placed to advise our clients on the high street and shopping centres nationwide. Retail is an important area of growth for the business and this is a major step forward for our retail platform.”
