KKR completes Alliance Boots acquisition

Takeover of the company by AB Acquisitions been successfully completed.

The group’s listing will be suspended after the stock market closes today.
The scheme of arrangement through which the takeover took place is expected to take effect tomorrow, with Alliance Boots shares de-listed on June 28.
