Khaadi opens first store outside of London
Pakistan based womenswear brand Khaadi has opened its first store outside of London at the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham.
The retailer has launched a 1,630 square foot store at the Bullring which opened last week. It is also planning to open a 3,316 square foot shop at Westfield’s The Broadway development in Bradford in the autumn of 2015.
These are the first stores outside of London for the brand which is aiming to expand to a further five regional locations in 2015. Khaadi currently has stores in Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City.
Having represented the retailer, Savills associate director Lloyd Entwistle said: “As part of Khaadi’s expansion plan it was important to secure space in key UK locations that benefit from high footfall and large catchment areas. The Bullring has been proven as a first class retail location in the Midlands, whilst The Broadway Westfield development in Bradford is set to be a superb new shopping destination for Yorkshire.”
