Jigsaw opens in Aberdeen
Jigsaw has opened its first store in Aberdeen at the Bon Accord & St Nicholas shopping centres.
The fashion retailer has taken a ten year lease on a prime corner unit spanning 1,900 square feet.
Peter Ruis, chief executive of Jigsaw, said: “We are delighted to have arrived in Aberdeen, a long held ambition for the brand and in response to many requests from loyal Jigsaw customers.
“We have created a bespoke store that reflects all the confidence of the modern Jigsaw and reflects the proud values of the local area.
“In partnership with Bon Accord, and their ambitious plans around the future of the centre, we look forward to welcoming customers for decades to come.”
Situated in Aberdeen city centre, the Bon Accord & St Nicholas shopping centres are anchored by John Lewis and Marks & Spencer while other major stores include Next, Topshop, New Look, H&M and River Island.
Joanne Wilkes, head of in town retail at BMO Real Estate Partners, said: “The opening of the Jigsaw store at Bon Accord is a fantastic addition to the centre’s fashion offering.
“The store’s design has a unique look and feel that will enhance our boutique quarter where Jigsaw will stand side by side with Hobbs, Jo Malone, Phase Eight, Radley and Kurt Geiger amongst others.”
