Ikano Financial Services, the retail loyalty specialist, and its client Jaeger, the iconic British fashion brand, have been shortlisted for two national awards in The Loyalty Awards.
Both companies are jointly shortlisted in the following categories: ‘Best Loyalty Programme of the Year – Retail: Non-Food’ and ‘Best Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in a Loyalty Environment’.
The nominations follow the success of Jaeger and Ikano’s co-designed loyalty programme to reward Jaeger’s loyal customers and improve their shopping experience both in store and at Jaeger’s virtual flagship store. Both companies will be competing for the awards against some of the UK’s best-known brands.
“This is The Loyalty Awards’ first year and it would be extremely rewarding to be fully recognised, along with Jaeger, for the excellent results we have achieved together,” explains Lindsey Ulanowsky, head of client services & marketing at Ikano.
Carolyn Springett, Jaeger’s managing director, comments: “We are delighted to be nominated for a Loyalty Award. This is a great achievement for the teams involved at Jaeger and Ikano.”
The winner of the awards will be announced at a ceremony held in the Great Room of the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on 12th June 2012.
