Ideal World TV appoints Peter Simon as guest presenter
TV shopping channel Ideal World TV has announced that former Bid Up TV host Peter Simon has joined the channel as a guest presenter.
He will make his debut at 8pm this evening in a special show featuring Bissell cleaning products and will also appear later in the evening with a selection of Swiss Eagle timepieces.
Having started his career in children’s television when he presented the Double Dare and Run the Risk segments of the popular BBC1 show Going Live, Simon has also worked in light entertainment and stand-up comedy.
Ideal World TV managing director Andrew Gabriel said: “We are delighted that Peter is joining Ideal World. He has a unique style of presenting that will engage new and existing customers and bring an exciting new flair to the channel.”
