Hornby chairman to step down
25 April, 2024 | by Angela Beevers
The Hornby models and collectibles business has announced that its chairman Lyndon Davies will be stepping down from his role at the end of this month due to personal, health related reasons.
However, he will continue to serve on the Hornby board as a non-executive director.
Davies will be succeeded on an interim basis by John Stansfield, who already sits on the board and is a past chairman of Hornby, while the group searches for a permanent replacement.
Hornby said in a statement: “The group thanks Lyndon for his service in the role over the last 15 months and welcome his continued involvement on the board.”
