Heathrow launches Christmas advertising campaign
London Heathrow airport is to launch its festive advertising campaign this week highlighting the savings available when shopping at the airport compared with London’s West End stores.
The advertising campaign follows the previous one entitled Heathrow shopping—The West End for less, which launched in the summer.
The campaign has been developed by advertising agency Masius and will encourage the 3m passengers set to fly from London Heathrow this Christmas to delay their festive shopping until the airport and take advantage of its Reserve and Collect service. This allows passengers to guarantee their selection of the latest products and improve their journey through the airport. Heathrow Gifting Angels will be on hand over the festive season to encourage passengers to find their desired gifts and provide information on the latest Christmas trends.
Heathrow marketing and insight director Nick Adderley said: “Christmas is always a big event at Heathrow, when families and friends travel around the world with us to be together at this special time of year. We want to remind our customers of the savings they can benefit from by shopping at Heathrow as well as the amazing range of brands and products available for gifting.”
