Harvey Nichols to open first Christmas 2012 pop-up shop at Westfield Merry Hill
Luxury department store Harvey Nichols has chosen the Westfield Merry Hill shopping centre in the West Midlands as the location for its first Christmas 2012 pop-up store.
The 4,127 sq ft unit, which features a ‘fuzzy felt’ design concept, will open on 6 October and sell a range of festive treats and gift sets. Products on offer at the concept store will include Harvey Nichols Champagne Christmas puddings and luxury chocolates as well as a range of “top picks” from the Harvey Nichols Wine Shop.
Commenting on the opening Bill Giouroukos, director of operations at Westfield, said: “We consistently attract new and exciting concepts to the centre and are delighted to welcome Harvey Nichols to Westfield Merry Hill for the very first time. We are committed to delivering the ultimate retail experience for our customers by working with cutting edge, leading retailers, particularly at this key time of the year for retail which keeps our centres fresh and current.”
