Harry Potter lands on the high street

The sixth Harry Potter book has been published around the world.

The book went on sale in 15 countries – including the UK, US, Brazil and the Philippines – with many bookshops opening at midnight.
Many hundreds began queuing outside the Waterstone’s store in London’s Oxford Street early yesterday.
Today( Saturday) is expected to become one the biggest book-buying days of the year, with 10 million copies set aside for the US market and more than two million copies sold in the UK alone.
