Harrods invites customers to design a Diamond Jubilee themed shop window

For the first time in its history, luxury department store Harrods is giving its customers the chance to design one of its world famous shop windows.

From now until 19 April, customers are being invited to design an iconic Harrods’ window display by creating a mood board inspired by a Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Street Party using the online image pinboard website Pinterest.

Harrods’ store image director Mark Briggs will select a shortlist of three mood boards from the submissions which will be posted on Harrods Facebook page where fans will vote for their favourite entry.

The winning board will be brought to life as a Harrods window next month by the store’s award winning visual merchandising team.
