H Samuel launches personalised jewellery service
H Samuel has launched a new online personalised jewellery service to coincide with its Christmas campaign.
Accessed via the home page of the jeweller’s website, the service allows customers to choose from a range of jewellery combinations including choice of jewellery item, gemstones, metal type, carat weight, and engraving. Once ordered the personalised items are delivered to the customer in three weeks.
Julien Shirley head of multi-channel at H Samuel said: “By introducing personalised jewellery to the brand, we are offering our customers a more fulfilling online shopping experience. Jewellery is such a personal gift, by allowing consumers to create something unique we are ultimately helping them say it better.”
H Samuel has 330 stores throughout the UK and is part of the Signet Group.
