Gunwharf Quays to host ‘Tree of Pride’ this month

Gunwharf Quays is hosting a ‘Tree of Pride’ this month to celebrate the Portsmouth Pride event.

The designer outlet centre will also be inviting shoppers to decorate the tree with their pledges to mark a more inclusive and caring future. 

The community art piece will be touring the country and will be present at Gunwharf Quays on Saturday 6^th and Sunday 7^th July.

Yvonne Clay, centre director at Gunwharf Quays, said: “We celebrate our wonderfully diverse community all day, every day, and Pride is an opportunity to put a spotlight on progress made so far, and the work still to be done.

“We look forward to reading our guests’ messages celebrating inclusivity.” 

Gunwharf Quays is home to more than 90 brands and over 30 restaurants, bars and cafes.
