Greene King appoints Rob Rowley as non-exec director

Pub and brewing group Greene King has appointed Rob Rowley as a non-executive director.

Rowley is currently the senior independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee at Taylor Wimpey and chairman of the audit committees of Moneysupermarket.com Group and Morgan Advanced Materials.

At Greene King, he will also be a member of the group’s audit and nomination committees. 

Previously, Rowley worked with Reuters Group where his roles included finance director.

Greene King chairman Tim Bridge said: “We look forward to welcoming Rob to our board and believe that his background and experience will be a great asset to us.”
