GAME non-exec director steps down

GAME Digital has announced that Lesley Watkins has informed the board of her intention to resign as a non-executive director of the company from 19 June as she looks to pursue other opportunities.

Watkins has been a member of the GAME Digital board since 2014.

The company is now looking to recruit her successor.

John Jackson, GAME Digital’s chairman, said: “Lesley has made a vital contribution to the GAME Digital board and I would like to thank her for her diligent service and support over the past four years. The board and I wish her every success for the future.”

GAME’s UK and Spanish retail businesses operate a total of over 570 stores across the two territories.
