GAME launches online marketplace

GAME has launched the online GAME Marketplace following a successful trial.

The specialist games retailer said the online hub offers customers access to over 50,000 products including new and preowned games and gaming related items. Suppliers include the likes of Yellow Bulldog, Rarewaves, Bull Shirt, Venom and Fierce PC with the number expected to grow as GAME brings on board new vendors and publishers.

GAME’s Charlotte Knight said: “Everyone at GAME is incredibly excited about our ambitions for GAME Marketplace. In the past we’ve seen a phenomenal response to the limited edition products and accessories that we have stocked and know there is huge demand for gaming accessories and memorabilia.

“As the leading specialist games retailer, we have developed GAME Marketplace to allow us to open up this vast new world of merchandise to our customers, offering the greatest choice to our communities, whilst also allowing them to accrue reward points they can redeem against future purchases.”

GAME Marketplace is powered by Mirakl Marketplace Platform.

Adrien Nussenbaum, co-founder of Mirakl, added: “Marketplaces are a real growth area within retail and the GAME Marketplace looks to be one of the best. GAME customers will benefit from vastly increased product choice, building the trust and loyalty between the community and GAME itself.”
