GAME Digital non-exec director steps down
GAME Digital has reported that Franck Tuil has stepped down as a non-executive director of the business.
Tuil had been a member of the GAME board since May 2014, serving as the representative of Duodi Investments. Duodi is the company’s major shareholder and in turn is an investment vehicle owned by Elliott International and Elliott Associates.
In a statement, GAME said Tuil had been planning to step down from the GAME board for some time in order to focus on his role as a senior portfolio manager at Elliott Advisors .
Martyn Gibbs, GAME chief executive, said: “Franck has been a highly valued colleague and key member of the GAME Digital board. I would like to personally thank him for all his support of the GAME management team in driving forward the operations and strategy of the business and for his wider contribution to the group.”
