eBay names new board members
eBay has appointed Adriane Brown and Diana Farrell to its board of directors.
Brown is currently advisor to Intellectual Ventures where she previously worked as president and chief operating officer. Prior to that, she held a number of roles at Honeywell International, including senior vice president for energy strategy, and president and chief executive of Honeywell Transportation Systems.
Meanwhile, Farrell is the founding president and chief executive of JP Morgan Chase Institute, a global think tank. Previous roles include a number of senior positions at McKinsey & Company.
