Durham Pine opens in Glasgow
Furniture retailer continues expansion

Durham Pine is to continue its expansion with the opening of a new store at West End Retail Park, three miles from the centre of Glasgow.
The furniture retailer’s new store opens on January 25, creating seven new jobs. The Glasgow store is part of an expansion programme which will see a number of new stores opening in 2003.
Durham Pine aims to offer good quality products at affordable prices. Furniture is available immediately for either collection or delivery. The company has recently extended it product offer by adding leather sofas, metal and glass and other hardwood products to its portfolio of pine furniture.
The company already operates in the Scottish market with nine company stores and several franchise stores. Durham Pine was established in 1984 and currently has 31 company stores and 36 franchise stores nationwide.
