DrEd delivers treatment to Londoners within 2 hours
DrEd, an online doctor service, and Shutl announce that Londoners are now able to get impotence medication (Viagra) delivered by bike to their home or office within 2 hours.
DrEd’s founder Amit Khutti believes the new service allows people the opportunity to get treatment delivered rapidly and from a reputable pharmacy chain.
Men fill out an online form that captures all required medical information. A DrEd doctor assesses the form, and if suitable prescribes treatment. A courier picks up the medicine from one of thirty eight Day Lewis pharmacies in London before delivering the order discretely in plain packaging. The service costs £3 extra for the rapid delivery – the same cost as sending a small parcel via Royal Mail 1st class post. Customers will also be able to select a 1-hour delivery window of their choice if they do not want the order delivered immediately.
Delegates to the Retail Bulletin’s Multichannel Retailing Summit 6th February 2013 will hear Guy Westlake, Head of Marketing at Shutl present a speech entitled: Working in Partnership Across All Sales Channels To Offer Shoppers A Compelling, Unique And Affordable Delivery Solution.
