Dr Martens opens new stores in Birmingham and Bristol

Dr Martens has opened two new stores in Bristol and Birmingham.
In keeping with the iconic shoe brand’s tradition of introducing a local flavour to each store concept, the Birmingham shop has been designed to reflect the musical influences of the city. For the Bristol store, Dr Martens commissioned Bristol born graffiti artist “Inkie” to provide an artistic backdrop to the sales desk.
The new openings take the total number of Dr Martens stores in the UK to nine and there are plans to open three further outlets by Christmas. The company is also looking for new sites for additional store openings in 2013.
