Domino’s Pizza appoints non-exec director
Domino’s Pizza has appointed Steve Barber as an independent non-executive director.
Due to take up his role on 1 July, Barber will also become a member and chairman designate of Domino’s audit committee.
Currently an independent non-executive director of Next, he has been chairman of Next’s audit committee for eight years and has over 40 years’ experience in accountancy and finance.
The company has also announced that Michael Shallow will retire as chairman of the audit committee and from the board of directors at the end of July, having served nine years as an independent non-executive director.
