Debenhams appoints Terry Duddy as non-exec director

Debenhams has appointed former Home Retail Group chief executive Terry Duddy as a non-executive director.

Duddy is currently a non-executive director of Hammerson and chair of the Retail Trust. Prior to Home Retail Group, he held a number of senior positions at Dixons.

Commenting on the appointment, Debenhams chairman Nigel Northridge said: “We are delighted to welcome Terry Duddy to Debenhams. He has had a long and distinguished career in retail and his experience and expertise will be a great addition to the board.”
