Cos to open at London’s One New Change

Fashion retailer Cos is to open a new store at the Land Securities operated One New Change shopping centre in the heart of the City of London.

The H&M owned brand has taken the 4,469 sq ft former Guess unit in the centre of the scheme on a new 15 year lease.

Other recent signings at the shopping centre include D&D London, the restaurateurs behind the Bluebird and Quaglino’s, and Vietnamese restaurant Pho.

David Atcherley-Symes, retail leasing director at Land Securities, said: “We are delighted to welcome three of the hottest brands in the marketplace to One New Change this summer.  It reflects the growing success of the scheme and the City’s transformation into a retail and restaurant destination. We’re delighted to be able to offer even more choice to people who live, work and shop in the Square Mile, seven days a week.”
