Co-operative Food launches January money-off voucher scheme

The Co-operative Food has launched a new national sales promotion where customers are offered money off a future shop.

Co-operative Food customers who spend £20 or more between now and 14 January will receive a coupon worth £5 off their next £20 shop. The coupons can then be used until 28 January 2014.

Steve Murrells, chief executive, The Co-operative Retail said: “January is a difficult month for many and so we wanted to help our members and customers as much as possible. That is why we are introducing this extremely attractive scheme which rewards all customers who spend just £20 or more.

“This voucher scheme and our wide range of half price offers mean that at a time when people are reluctant to venture afar because they are dealing with their post-Christmas finances and the Winter weather we are offering extremely competitive prices on the full range of everyday items as well as our recently re-invigorated “Loved by Us” range of tasty and delicious food.”

The Co-operative has also announced that it is supporting the government’s Change4Life healthy eating campaign for the fifth year running. From today, the retailer is offering deals on a range of healthier products and supporting the campaign through messaging in-store and through its digital and social media platforms.
