Co-op appoints health and beauty manager
The Co-operative Pharmacy is to develop its over-the-counter (OTC) offering with the appointment of Caroline Linger as Healthcare and Beauty Retail Category Manager.
Caroline joins the business from Halfords where she was a Category Manager responsible for reshaping the business’s strategy for the Car Accessories and In-Car Technology ranges. She previously held senior roles at other major retailers including Argos, Staples and Dunelm.
Primarily responsible for developing the retail sales strategy, customer segmentation and space planning, Caroline will oversee the OTC team of 17.
