Clinton Cards enjoys festive sales

Group like for like sales increased by 2.5 per cent in the five weeks to 24 December.
Like for like sales in the Clinton brand in the five weeks to 24 December 2007 increased by 1.7 per cent. Like for like sales in the Birthdays brand for the same period increased by 5.7 per cent. As a result, group like for like sales for the five week period increased by 2.5 per cent. The Group operates a total of 1,072 stores comprising 717 Clinton stores and 355 Birthdays stores.
