Clarks Shoes announces a major high street roll out with ‘CROWD’
Clarks improves customer engagement and drive sales with CROWD, a smart Wi-Fi and customer analytics solution.
Enterprise Mobility specialist Jade Solutions is intent on having a major impact on the retail landscape after securing a 566 store roll out with Clarks shoes. Jade will be implementing its new flagship technology solution CROWD, an ever evolving smart Wi-Fi and customer analytics solution incorporating several marketing leading technologies.
Clarks sanctioned the full roll-out following a successful 25 store trial leaving Jade Solutions managing director Mark Brackley excited about the development of CROWD and the new partnership with Clarks Shoes.

In a five month roll out programme, the Jade team will be installing CROWD across Clarks’ diverse network of stores providing PSTN Lines, ASDL circuits, Routers, POE Switches, as well as over 1700 Aerohive AP121 access points.

Clarks has signed a three year managed service contract with Jade supporting the CROWD solution which will include service desk support seven days a week for both staff and consumers. Inclusive in the contract, Jade will also manage the deployment and integration of 2000 LG tablets and deployment of the MOKI MDM platform to manage the Clarks tablet estate, with a three year maintenance solution included for the tablets.
As well as customer engagement, the CROWD platform provides a range of customer behavioural analytics, including store front and in store footfall, location analysis and dwell times, allowing retailers to assess local, regional and national performance.
