CEO quits Kesa

Kesa Electricals has announced that it has accepted the resignation of Simon Fox.
Fox, currently the Chief Operating Officer, has resigned in order to pursue other business interests. He will leave Kesa during September 2006.
Jean-Noel Labroue Chief Executive Officer of KESA Electricals plc said ‘I would like to thank Simon for his contribution to the transformation of Comet and wish him every success for the future’.
