CBRE appoints Daniel Edwards to its UK shopping centre team

CBRE has appointed Daniel Edwards to its UK asset services business as an associate director and the lead property manager for the Manchester Arndale shopping centre.
An experienced property manager who previously worked with JLL and Workman in London and Manchester, Edwards’ new role will include providing advice on centre management processes, retail initiatives and service charge management.
John Prestwich, head of retail asset management at CBRE, said: “We are delighted that Daniel has joined our team. His solid industry experience will be a real asset to the team as we continue to grow our mandates.”
