Cath Kidston has announced that she is step down from her role as a non-executive director of the fashion and homewares brand which is known for its floral prints.
She will retire from the role at the company’s annual general meeting as she looks to pursue other business interests.
The news follows Kidston stepping down as creative director in 2014 when she was succeeded by Christine Hafsten.
Having founded the brand in 1993, Kidston retains a 12% stake in the business.
