Market analysis company CACI will focus on ways retailers can boost profits with market analysis and customer understanding at its retail conference held in the UK in May
Shopping for Opportunities will demonstrate how retailers are exploiting new opportunities in the current market. Delegates will have the chance to take part in a selection of interactive workshops, as well as hearing presentations from a range of speakers including Peter Williams, chief executive of Selfridges, Mick Yeeles, customer strategy controller of House of Fraser, John Bywater, director of Hammerson and Mike Brown, space model manager of the Co-Operative Group.
