October 2 2003
Business continuity planning has long been established within the financial services sector as a high priority, but other industries have been less than receptive to what is more than just good practice.
To address that issue, the first ever Business Continuity Planning 4 Retailers conference takes place in London on November 13. BCP4R looks at Business Continuity issues from a retail perspective, taking in all aspects of from store operations, head office, logistics and the entire supply chain.
Delegates already registered include representatives from Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, Lloyds Pharmacy, Specsavers, Bhs, Boxclever, Waitrose, Dreams, John Lewis, Tesco and others. Organiser Retail Events has also announced that Computacenter is the latest sponsor of the conference.
Business Continuity Planning 4 Retailers takes place at the SAS Radisson Hotel in Portman Square, London on November 13.
