British Land appoints additional asset manager for Meadowhall
Shopping centre owner British Land has appointed Deborah Green as asset manager for its Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield.
Green has 14 years property experience and joins British Land from Hammerson where she was responsible for the asset management of West Quay shopping centre in Southampton and The Oracle in Reading. Prior to that she worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management and CBRE.
In her new role, Green will work alongside Meadowhall’s centre management team and British Land asset manager Lauren Obbard.
Commenting on the appointment, Claire Barber, head of shopping centre asset management at British Land, said: “We are delighted to welcome Deborah to the team. Her strong experience means she is ably equipped to ensure Meadowhall continues to attract exciting new brands and appeal to a premium customer.”
