B&Q appoints new director of responsible business
Home improvement retailer B&Q has appointed Joanna Gluzman as its new director of responsible business.
Having worked for over 25 years in ESG and investor relations, Gluzman was previously chief sustainability officer at PZ Cussons where she oversaw the sustainability strategy and implementation internationally.
She has also worked as group director of sustainability at Avon Cosmetics and as group director of ESG engagement at the BT Group.
At B&Q, she will be responsible for leading the retailer’s sustainability strategy and overall roadmap as it continues its journey to carbon net zero.
